The Chicken Bar is a new fast food brand, the brain child of both by Chef Max Levy of Okra and Micheal Chan of Honbo, the Chicken Bar aims to become a “beacon” in the heart of Central Hong Kong’s nightlife and F&B District, becoming a choice go-to option as a hunger buster for people looking for a fried chicken meal before, during, and after their party destination. The Chicken Bar is aims to feed the general public during lunch searching for authentic and unique Fried Chicken. The space hark backs to Vintage Americana of the 70’s and 80’s and early 90’s, when fast food spaces were fun, bright, playful, and a place to socialise.
