Got a project in mind?
“Kakure” is a serene Japanese restaurant and Ginza-style cocktail and whiskey bar in Hong Kong. The restaurant derives its name from its secluded, hidden location: in Japanese “Kakure” means “present (in form) yet absent (from sight)”.
Staying true to the mix of tradition and craftsmanship typical of the Japanese culture, we were
tasked with creating comic-style illustrations using stroke work and ink to represent certain
ingredients from the restaurant’s menu.
